BIO

Associate Professor David Cobon’s current research interests include improving climate forecasts for northern Australia and the application of these forecasts in decision making. This includes forecasts of climate extremes such as drought and heat /cold stress. The current projects include the Northern Australia Climate Program and Forewarned is Forearmed - managing the impacts of extreme climate events.
