Tuan Nguyen’s research lies at the intersection of Colloid & Interface Science, Polymer, Bio/Geochemistry, and Molecular Simulation and Modelling. Tuan has been involved in a wide range of research activities in various disciplinary and interdisciplinary contexts of Minerals/Oil/Gas processing, Agriculture, and Materials Development (Polymer Science and Nanotechnology). Tuan’s current research theme is non-conventional stabilization/solidification technologies for environmental pollution management. Using both experimental and modelling approaches in the fields of Colloid & Interface Science and Bio/Geochemistry, Tuan aims to develop “green” materials and emerging engineering solutions for remediation environmental problems in various disciplinary and interdisciplinary contexts, including Minerals/Oil/Gas processing and Agriculture.
