We invite you to learn about the Hub’s mission, its role in advancing Queensland’s decarbonisation initiatives, and its research programs as well as ways to collaborate and engage.

Leading experts from the Hub will provide an overview of the Hub’s focus areas that are pivotal to the state’s decarbonisation journey including carbon markets, nature-based solutions and environmental integrity, and community and regional transformation.

The briefing will be followed by an engaging Q&A session where attendees are invited to ask questions, share ideas and perspectives, and actively contribute to the discourse.

Speakers:

  • Professor Kerrie Wilson, Queensland Chief Scientist
  • Professor Allan Dale, Tropical Regional Development, Cairns Institute, James Cook University
